Empty "_index" and "_categories" pages

There's an issue #547 that is similar to my problem, but this time it's a little different.
The "All Pages" and "Categories" pages are empty only when I set "repository-type: Darcs". The "Git" type works just fine.
I've tested on both MACOSX and gentoo, gitit --version gives:
gitit version 0.12.3.2 -plugins
