deemph.py contains invalid python

The second import line in the deemph.py file, "from caps import caps" throws up an error, and I can't find any reference to a caps module.
I tried digging in the history to see what happened but couldn't get far. Alternatively, in Python 'foobar'.upper() is 'FOOBAR', so that would be a quick fix.

My bad, didn't recall it was another package in the examples folder!
