OpenWeatherMap 3.0 is in Beta and the service seems to have data feeds lag by 9+ hours

I am using a code.gs script to feed data from my Wunderground PWS to an OpenWeatherMap PWS. It works, but the data isn't useful w/o a more timely feed.
