Desktop draw.io fails to remember the collapsed title bar
Update: Please help close this. The reported issue suddenly disappears after today's Windows update.

Describe the bug
I've installed desktop draw.io 24.0.4 on a new Windows 11 laptop, and it fails to restore the collapsed title bar. I have to manually collapse it every time.
The same version works as expected on my Windows 10 laptop. I tried to copy over the entire directory %APPDTA%\draw.io to the new laptop, but it still won't work. Is there any tweak for this behavior?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Click the Collapse/Expand button to collapse the title bar.
- Exit draw.io.
- Open draw.io again.
- The title bar is still shown.
Expected behavior
The title bar should be collapsed, adopting the last-exit state.
draw.io version (In the Help->About menu of the draw.io editor):
- draw.io version 24.0.4
