The version of drawio is 3.0.1 and the version of NC is 28.0.1.
- Download drawio on apps.nextcloud.com
- Copy the Nextcloud draw.io integration app to the /apps/ directory of the Nextcloud server
- Go to "Applications" > "+ Apps" > "Not Enabled" and enable the Draw.io app
- Go to "Admin Settings> Draw.io"
- Set the drawing URL http://draw.io or https://app.diagrams.net, and click the "Save" button
Use https://embed.diagrams.net/. Why did you try those two URLs?

I've tried this, but I can't either
Please open the browser console (press F12) then open a diagram. When the problem occurs, go to the browser console -> Network tab -> Click "Export HAR..." and send us the resulting file.
I have a doubt it is related to 3rd party cookies disabled

Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' https://embed.diagrams.net". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-lg4NJ1A5c7qymOeA3+0R42j1AW23HzUOSZSqA+vn0vs='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.
Thanks for the file, a fix will be in the next release
