how do you get this to run using linux terminal?

I'm trying to get my friend to be able to run this so we can play stuff together, but i can't figure out how to run this in a chromeos terminal. I can try to use ./phantom-linux, but it doesn't find the command still. Neither does just typing phantom-linux do anything. I know this is improper usage and you need to supply parameters to do anything useful, but i don't even get a proper error message. How do?
