Rename Master Branch to Main

We need to change the name of master to main; GitHub natively supports this end of the year; https://github.com/github/renaming/

As discussed with @pascalgrimaud we will have to do this manually as there's references to master everywhere. I will be doing this the coming week. 😄

@pascalgrimaud @vishal423 : I've opened a pull request to change the name of all master instances int he repository to main. If you could please review it, that would be really appreciated. After merging that I'll change the default branch to main and re-target the PRs.
