Describe the bug

Two tests in JHipsterServiceTests fail under windows because the executable "npm" can not be found.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. clone the project under windows
  2. run "mvn clean verify"

Expected behavior
Should pass under windows.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 x64
