About the annotations of this dataset

Sorry to bother you, my friends. I have two confusions when I learned your dataset json file , could you clear up my confusions?

1.Is the annotation format for bbox (center_x, center_y, height, width) or (center_x, center_y, width, height)?
2."bbox": [114,127,-100,62], "area": -6200,"bbox": [ -5,70,255,190]. These annotation information was copied from the provided json file. May I ask why there are negative values?
