vim nested in conqueterm

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run conqueterm in vim
2.in bash command line, run another vim.
3.when you want to quit the nested vim, ESC not work, the first vim quit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the nested vim quit first. Instead the outer quit. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.2. CentOS 6.
