The RSS icon at the bottom of the page will provide you with the feed link for that page. If you are looking at a "filtered" index page (a category, tag, or topic), the link will be specifically for that filtering of posts.
The number of posts on the landing page does make that link hard to find. I'll see about reducing the number of posts per pagination to make it not quite as far down the page.
