add Mean Square Displacement for diffusion coeffisient calculations
add Velocity Autocorellation Function (last column in output) 
add maxcycles - maximum number of cycles (if cycling without compression)
add minpf     - minimum packing fraction (if growsrate is negative). It helps if you disorder a crystal.
