Unable to compress skin0

So for the last couple of days, the toolbox is installed on my car. I've added splashscreens and changes to skin1 succesfully, but when I moved on to the carmodels from skin0 it gives me some error on extracting (but giving me an output, so I was able to make some changes). But when compressing back up, it throws a fault but not giving me a new .mcf file back. What can I do? First I thought it would be solved by extracting and inmediately compressing would help, but it makes no difference. Also, I succeed with skin1 every time.

Added pictures, so with extracting I'm getting the -3 decoding error, while with compressing I get the missing 1584.png (because 83 is the last one)
