Improve login in notebook-like environments

We need to improve the login "experience" in notebook-like environments.
- Create sync login functionality (same as the current login but without asyncio)
- Create PAT login functionality
- Create a widget for a nice login interface
- Test in Google Colab
- Add tests for base login function
- Improve UI
- Bump version in Jina Core
