Remote functionality needs QA testing

The branch cloud-remote should now have a working remote calls implementation but it needs some kicking. Already reached out to people who requested the functionality to test, anyone else is free to comment as well. Once we know it works it'll graduate to a release.

Remote functionality is now released as v0.2.7 01174ef. It works in my testing but if anyone else runs into issues just file a new issue and include the output of running tests/hub/auth.py (please censor the auth token from the output.)
