Thank Dr Jin for your codes.
I used your function to build a tree. When I used the tree to do phylogenetic signal test, R told me that Error in vcv.phylo(tree) : the tree has no branch lengths, .
Is the built tree has branch lengths? If it has, how should I solve my problem?
