I just gave it a try with Chromevox. There may be more issues -- I am really no expert when it comes to accessibility -- but that's what I found.
- The h5p-image-pair-desc DIV doesn't have a tabindex (=0) and isn't read.
- The image cards read "missing description". Also, they usually read "list item x of y" in other content types like arithmetic quiz.
- I'm not sure about using enter and space differently for selecting/deselecting items. At least for me, it felt counterintuitive.
- The results are not read.

Hi otacke,
Currently only keyboard support is provided. No work & hence no testing is made on the screen reading context. Will try to fix the issues you pointed out as soon as possible. Once again that for reporting the issue :)
