File dialog after fresh install

When installing on a new machine and running for the first time, the file dialog opens.
Reproduce:

  • On new machine, install TreeTime,
  • start TreeTime.

Expected:

  • TreeTime starts with an info dialog,
  • hitting the [New] button opens a dialog for template selection, hitting the [OpenFile] button opens a dialog for file selection.

Observed:

  • TreeTime starts with file open dialog,
  • on [Cancel] the info dialog comes up,
  • from here TreeTime behaves as expected.
