Since it is supported by cocoapods 0.38.

Issues so far:

(gone) pod install causes the travis build to stall and abort
(fixed) cocoapods linter crashes (CocoaPods/CocoaPods#3869)
(fixed) cocoadocs for 5.5.0 not generated (CocoaPods/cocoadocs.org#373)
**(fixed)**slather has dependency conflict with cocoa pods 0.38 (SlatherOrg/slather#94)
