Color palette import fails

In the installed version of the package, the color pallete SVG or JSON files are not found. Steps to investigate/fix this:
- Create a conda env
- Install paradime
- Check if files are included
- If not, find out how to add static files via
pyproject.toml - If yes, check how the paths need to be fixed
