Add metadata to be shown when sharing the link

Currently when applying filters on the dataset page, the link does not change.
This would be usefull in order to apply filters to get the card one wants and then copy the link to only show those cards.
Also up to now it is only possible to link to dataset names thus this also needs to be expanded to all filters.

Tasks:

• Add linking to all possible filters
• Update link when applying filters
