Suggestion: I can haz IRazorMachine?

Just a friendly suggestion... perhaps consider creating an IRazorMachine interface, to allow the RazorMachine class to be mocked more easily by consuming developers. I found myself creating that interface, along with a corresponding wrapper implementation to enable mocking.
BTW, really good job on this library.
