Allow removing color from tree output

Hi,
It would be great to allow users to disable output coloring in order to facilitate integration with existing automation.
Something amongst the lines of:
kubectl psp-util tree --no-color
I would be happy to try to implent that in a PR. If you're keen.

I haven't work with this project since PSP was deprecated from k8s v1.21 but I welcome any PR!
