When i run ct_examples,the errors comes,I think it's due to the versions ,can this be solved?

First of all sorry for the late reply. Yes, that is a problem triggered by a version update, but ultimately caused by a missing conversion from odl element to numpy array the SSIM measure implementation. This should be fixed by #44.
