when filtering via top navbar, we should sort by date, newest first

This is the default sorting for the views prior to the filtering, and currently without the filtering.

this seems to not fix the problem, lets reopen and visit- I assume there is something little causing this.

we are sorting by ID now, that achieves the same result, lets live with that!
