Remove Binaries From Repository

It took Kay one min to clone the repository on our fast network. Amy will lose the room at Software Craftsmanship.

Just deleting the files well not speed up the clone. They will need to be permanently deleted.

These have been removed and the repo now downloads much faster. I used the method described here: http://dalibornasevic.com/posts/2-permanently-remove-files-and-folders-from-a-git-repository

I had to remove them from both wip/setup and client/setup since they had been moved.
