Support arrow key lump navigation

This would be super great to have! Mainly up/down arrows for navigating between lumps, rather than having to manually scroll and click on everything.

The way I originally built the lump list was quite rushed and I need to replace the way it works, and this is something I wanna make sure is in, cause I've missed it too :)
