How to use on Windows?

Opam seems to be a Linux/OSX only tool.
Is it possible to use plotgitsch on Windows 10?

There was a port on windows lately:

But I tried to make some versions available here:
https://github.com/jnavila/plotkicadsch/releases
If you have installed git for windows, chances you have installed the bash environment, so grab the binaries and drop them in C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64\bin(Administrator rights required). They should be accessible on your bash command line and work just like under Linux/OSX.
In a near future, I hopefully release a new version with installation instructions and usage guide.
