Default scope should match current application scope

This is more of an enhancement request than a bug but opening Xplore defaults to the Global scope and should default to the current selected application scope in ServiceNow.

Xplore application scope now defaults to the current user application scope.
A new setting has been added to revert to previous behaviour and always load in global scope.

Implemented with option to have global instead if you prefer.
