manually:
sudo pip install https://github.com/jneilliii/OctoPrint-WebcamTempGraph/archive/master.zip
If using OctoPi: ~/oprint/bin/pip install https://github.com/jneilliii/OctoPrint-WebcamTempGraph/archive/master.zip
