Feature: add env var for additional ssh options

Hi,

I found that you cannot simply pass ssh options for tunnel. Think it can be done via mounting .ssh/config ⇒ /etc/ssh/ssh_config, but it would be good to add some explicit option like SSH_OPTIONS or something like for this.
