calls notifications not being dismissed

maybe its a featue but I doubt that :)
I think it have started when I migrated to oneplus 8t, but not sure, maybe android 11?
anyway, whenever I receive a call, or make one, after its done, the notification about the call stays with me.
even dismissing it on each chrome extension (i have several accounts) does not dismiss it globally.
so i need to do this one by one, on each account.
I could try to provide some more detail, but dont really know how? Some logs?
