On manual submiting mode print job description summary so the user can check it out before applying

This one is more when you want to manually apply. Before you click "apply" the bot could put a short summary of one or two sentences about the job description( maybe using chat gtp)

Proposal: On manual submitting mode (npm run start) ask gpt4 to summarize the job description and show it to the user so the user can review it before pressing apply
