Species prediction: Update reference list

The current reference set (https://github.com/jodyphelan/ntmdb/blob/main/db/ntm_db.msh_info.csv) does not include yet the updated NTM nomenclature (Tortoli et al. 2019) and also does not always contain a reference for each subspecies.
For some species it only contains one reference, might be better to include more sequences to improve kmer classification.
