Thanks for your efforts on this tool.
We upgraded latest ntm-profiler to our project (GAP) and running crashed. Could you please take a look and let us know where the problem is?
The command we are using for testing:
ntm-profiler profile --txt --read1 SRR315266_1.fastq.gz --read2 SRR315266_2.fastq.gz
I attached error file in this message.
