Ignoring empty cells

I know that #113 looks very similar but my use case is that

user wants that empty cells remains at bottom of the table, effectively sorting only populated rows, so at first click the sorting starts from lower (but not empty) to higher and then all the empty cells.
At second click, the sorting starts from higher to lower, with all empty cells still at the bottom.

Is it possibile?
