Example pages break on mixed-content error

Chrome is currently choking on the example pages (like https://rawgit.com/joequery/Stupid-Table-Plugin/master/examples/basic.html) because the pages are loaded via HTTPS but you're specifying the HTTP URL for loading jQuery. PR forthcoming.
