Icons don't load again

Icons sometimes don't load in live preview / editing mode. It's only like 10% of links, but it's quite common. It happens often when opening a note for the first time, but it happens in other circumstances too.
Sometimes there's this icon, even if the website does have a favicon (which sometimes loads after reopening the note).
There's also a lot of errors on console, which are probably related.
