|nofavicon not hidden in Callouts while in Reading/Live Preview

It appears that |nofavicon is not being hidden when rendering links in Reading and Live Preview modes when the link is within a callout.
Here's the demo vault in Live Preview:
There's no issue with the link outside of the callout, it gets removed once you're outside of the context of the link, but in the callout itself it isn't getting hidden. The actual function is still working, a favicon isn't shown for the link.
Versions:
- macOS: 13.2 (22D49)
- Obsidian: 1.1.15 (Installer 1.1.15)
- Link Favicons: 1.8.1
- Icon Shortcodes: 0.9.7
