Manual installation on cluster

Hello,
I am manually installing cosmosis2 on a cluster, following these directions. When doing pip install cosmosis, LAPACK_LINK seemed to not be considered, so lapack wasn't found. Instead another variable called LAPACKLIB was pointing to another place (in conda I think, where I didn't have lapack). We managed to go over this by adding a LDFLAGS pointing to the correct lapack path but it might be worth fixing it.

And there is a typo in "source cosomosis-configure" which might be an issue if someone copy/paste without checking!
