Asus Tinkerboard does not boot Debian Testing

I believe something has changed with u-boot or something because both my Raspberry Pi 4 and my Asus Tinkerboard (RK3288) do not boot with debian testing. The build scripts are not working correctly, u-boot does not even boot on either board. I tested other distros and they work fine.

Current debian sid does not work either. It's been over 4 months, and I'm using the files and steps provided and the board will not boot the kernel. uboot is booting now, but the kernel isn't. no ip address is given out by the router over ethernet.
