GridSettings are not shown

After an Neos Update the second tab with grid settings are no longer shown.

To Hotfix this use

'JohannesSteu.Bootstrap.GridSystem:Row':
  ui:
    inspector:
      groups:
        gridsystem:
          tab: ~

This will move all settings in the first tab
