NEOS-1866: Image crop not possible after having selected uncroppable image

Jira issue originally created by user SoulCover:

When adding an image in the inspector, one can crop it (if allowed in configuration).
If the image can't be cropped (f.e. svg), the "crop" button won't show.

When I select an uncroppable image and immediately select another (croppable) image, the crop button won't show.
If you want to change an uncroppable image to a croppable one, the same problem arises.
