WEMOS D1 Mini (V3) => Flashing OK but no serial / AP

Hardware: Wemos D1 Mini (V3)
FlashSoftware: NodeMCU Firmware Programmer
Flashing process OK, ends with green OK
BUT, after reset
Connection with putty doesn't show output (reseting shows some characters)
I don't see an AP with SSID EBUS
I tried almost anything, diffrent flashers, holding GPIO during flash.
All same result. Is V3 too new???
Please help, this seems VERY promising :-)))

Use the download button.. Right click saves the HTML page....
