Determine basic roles

There would be different areas of the project, and to increase efficiency, different members of the project should be working on different areas simultaneously. When early stages of the project have been set in stone, roles could start to be assigned based on what members want to do, and how they would be suited to the role.

Progress will be a little slow until some of the core is in place it would be useful if people could suggest small productive activities at this stage. Starting to formalise some common human activities is useful no matter what so that might be a good start.
