Core 6.3.0 not available

WordPress Core version 6.3.0 was released yesterday, but it's not yet available on Packagist 🤔

I wonder if it has something to do with the redesign of the release archive page, though the redesign has been live for at least for few months, and 6.2.X minors have been available on Packagist.

Thanks for opening this issue and thank you for your patience. It turns out GitHub very helpfully disabled the GH Action that updates the two repositories and I must have missed the notification, if one was ever sent. The builds should be resuming shortly.
