The Logistics System have a project timeline, project list, project risk, request, and received item. Purchase order, bidding process, budget, awarding and contract. Stocklist, request new item, received item, released item, and analysis report. Assetlist, maintenance, asset valuation, receiving item and delivered item. Project management, Procurement, Warehouse and Asset discussed the process and workflow, the output in the system it may delivered, improved and organized. Implemented in the system, notify the approval and pending of an item. The managing of project, often security, purchasing item, inventory, reporting, operating, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of assets cost-effectively these are the contents in the system.
