As a Site User, I can play and pause the drumloop audio, so that I can listen to my creation

Acceptance criteria:
Toggling the play button causes the drumloop audio to start and stop.
Tasks:
Spin up AudioContext ✔
Load instruments ✔
Assign drumloop to note scheduler ✔
Wire up play/pause button to play/pause the audiocontext ✔
