Not working with latest version of Qlik Sense. Connection lost error message.

Hi mate. I am currently getting an error message (connection lost. Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working.) when deployed into Qlik Sense SaaS and client managed (desktop). When I click on refresh the error message continues.

I believe a similar issue was raised about 7 years ago so I am just curious to know if it has been fixed.
