Bug: Sign in Safari Zone Area 1 is wrong

There is a sign in the eastern safari zone map that incorrectly says it is the "center area" instead of area 1.

This does not appear to be a mistranslation, but a text error in the original Japanese.

Change it to the official fixed text in FRLG.
